The line up of the best males in the various categories presented a real challenge for me as they were all such wonderful examples of their individual breeds. I congratulate all my fellow judges for challenging me with such beautiful cats.

JUDGES COMMENT:
This cat illustrates everything I want to find in an Aby. The head type is beautifully balanced and has wonderful eye shape and colour, perfectly placed and shaped ears. The body is excellent and shows wonderful condition. Coat has an amazing sheen and has incredible colour with obvious excellent ticking. This cat is a wonderful example of the breed and I am happy that this amazing cat is my best male.

JUDGES COMMENT:
Another excellent example of the breed. This cat again shows beautiful balance to the head with ear shape and placement being ideal. Eye shape and colour is beautiful. The body is excellent in length and condition. This Somali has a very impressive tail and would be the envy of any Somali breeder.
The coat is a stunning colour again with obvious excellent ticking. It looks in perfect condition and I can imagine that it has a wonderful silky feel to it. I am happy that I can say that this is my second best male.

JUDGES COMMENT:
I love the sleekness of this cat. The body is long and tubular with fine long legs and excellent length of tail. The head type is wonderful with an amazing profile, ears beautifully placed and wonderful shape. Eye shape and colour is also beautiful. This cat is another very wonderful example of this beautiful breed.

Beautiful expression on this cat. Lovely eye shape and wonderful tightly folded ears that can be barely seen fitting into the contour of the head. Lovely profile. Good length of body and very good length of tail. The coat is beautifully presented and in wonderful condition.
This cat is a credit to its owner and I am very happy for this cat to be my Best Female

Beautiful head type on this cat. Lovely ear placement, Good eye shape and good profile. Lovely length of body and in wonderful condition.
Very beautiful cat colour and texture with a fabulous ruff. I am happy to ward this cat second best female.

This cat has many wonderful qualities, The coat colour is a beautiful pale blue, and the cracking, thick texture it displays is a very desirable quality on BSH. Her eye colour is very good as is her ear placement. Lovely roundness of head. Her body is very substantial , very solid with strong short legs and short tail. She is a very fine example of British Shorthair.

This is a very WOW kitten. It has elegance and style. Beautiful head type. Amazing ear placement and shape with wonderful eye shape.
Body is elegant with lovely length of body, excellent long legs and long fine tail and body tuck. The coat is very special with perfect Marcel Wave and in wonderful condition and presentation. I am so happy to be able to award this stunning kitten Best.

The Somalis that have been presented to me by my fellow judges have been amongst the highest quality of I have had the pleasure to see. This kitten is no exception. Beautiful head type with wonderful eye shape and colour, well placed ears and good shape and size.
The body is of excellent length and condition with a wonderful full plumed tail. Coat has wonderful colour and obviously good ticking. Looks to have a lovely silky texture. This is a very beautiful Somali Kitten.

Amazing head on this kitten. Beautiful eye shape and perfectly folded ears. Lovely in profile. I would have loved the photos to have included a better indication of body length and tail but I do love this kitten and am happy to award it Third Best Kitten.
